No "prompt engineering" needed. Give the task, context, material and desired result, then refine the answer with feedback.

Just cover four things

What you want done
The background
What material you have
What the result should look like

For example

Try saying

I work in export sales. Here's an email from a client, in English. Tell me what the client actually wants, then draft a simple, natural reply in English. Don't make it too formal.

Remember this

A good prompt is not a spell. If the first draft misses, say what is wrong instead of restarting.
